Terms of sale and use
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms apply when you buy from or use hearbloodworth.com, run by Bloodworth Productions (“we”). By making a purchase, you agree to them.
What you're buying
You're buying a license to download and listen to the music for your own personal, non-commercial use. You can keep the files, make backup copies, and play them on your own devices. The music and lyrics remain the property of Bloodworth Productions.
You may not:
- share, sell, or give away the files, or upload them anywhere others can get them;
- use the music in videos, podcasts, streams, ads, or other public or commercial uses without permission;
- share your login or download links with others.
Your library
Your purchases are tied to the email address you used at checkout. You log in with that email to download your music. Please keep your own copies of your files; while we intend to keep the library available, we can't promise it forever.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change, but a change never affects an order you've already placed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Early-access pricing: until the album's streaming release on January 1, 2027, it's sold here at an introductory price. After that it's sold at the standard price. Buying at either price gets you the same album.
Extra support: at checkout you can choose to add an optional extra amount to support the artist. It's entirely voluntary, is shown as its own line before you pay, and doesn't change what you receive.
Delivery
Your purchase is available in your library right after payment, and we email you a link to it. If you have any trouble downloading, email us and we'll help.
Refunds
All sales are final, except as described in the refund policy. If a purchase is refunded, its music is removed from your library.
The site
We work hard to keep the site running, but it's provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If we update them, the new version applies to purchases made after the date at the top of this page.
